Once our initial assessment is conducted, we exchange information with our principals and make an informed decision in approving selected vendors.
Design & Development
We provide samples that are developed to incorporate colors, fabrics, and styles based on the requirements of our buyers. We manufacture samples in quantities as required by our customers. By offering this essential service, we sharpen the marketing efforts of our buyers in their region by giving them an edge over their competition.
Merchandising
Our team has adequate Merchandisers in Bangladesh and the U.K. who manages the lifecycle of each garment, directing our supply base to accurately deliver products on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored and maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real-time updates or options on future developments. Total Quality Management
Order execution and Quality Control: Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production, and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a proactive approach towards the identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as explained below: Pre Production Check (PPC) – Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories/user manuals, etc. at this stage itself. Initial Production Check (IPC) – First finished products are checked against the buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction. AFTER PRODUCTION – During Production Check (DUPRO) Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs. Final Random Inspection (FIR) Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on the specifications of the buyers and it covers the criteria such as design/style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing, etc.
